Bonnie is a lovely quality young mare, and is the most successful pony that we have bred to date. She commenced her show career as a 2yo and is rarely out of the winners circle. Her dam Avonleigh Belle was one of our foundation mares and is sorely missed since her passing away in early 2006. Bonnie's full brother Jenssel Park Bronson has been very successful in his junior gelding classes for the Robinson Family (Vic), winning Junior Champion at the APSB Stud Show.

Bonnie's first foal was a lovely black filly by Redacres, Simon Jenssel Park Brianna, who has already commenced her show career by winning the foal class at the 2006 APSB National Stud Show.  She is currently in foal to our senior stallion Shady Glen Julian.

Woodview Trinket is on lease from Woodview Stud and we thank Julie for the opportunity to lease her for the 2008 stud season. Trinket is the result of the mating of two of my favourite Shetlands. She is one of the last foals by the multi-supreme champion Woodview Justin who passed away in 2005. Her dam is the beautiful big mare Aakina Teagan, a piebald mare standing 10.2hh yet retaining quality bone and substance.

Trinket is a lovely quiet young mare with her sire's exquisite head. Unfortunately she suffered a kick from another youngster as a foal which has prevented her from being shown. Both Trinket and her dam were bred to Shady Glen Julian for 2008 foals and we look forward seeing what they produce.
